Catching up...

Tyler continues to entertain us on a regular basis...he still doesn't speak too many words, but he knows quite a few signs and jabbers constantly, so I'm sure the verbalized words will follow soon. We have gone to the park for a couple of days last week and I realized that when we did, he took a nice LONG afternoon nap (3 1/2 hrs!) so I decided to try and work that into our daily routine, if at all possible. He enjoys it and it's good for all of us to get outside for a little while every day. So far Bria has been very cooperative and sleeps in the carrier or stroller. We've even seen two other redheaded boys, just about Tyler's age when we've gone, so that's fun too. :)

of my coffee cup. Apparently we had a leaky diaper
while at Grandma's house and this is how we ended up.
Quite the fashion statement, don't you think??

Despite what this look says, he really does
enjoy going over all the animal sounds he knows. :)

Loves the slide



This little girl was chasing Tyler around all morning.
It was kind of cute and since Tyler only has girls to play
with at church, he didn't seem to mind too much. But he was
THRILLED when some little boys came and they got to play with
Tyler's football.

Can't get him to go up the stairs, he HAS
to climb up the slide.

"Where's Tyler?"

Who knows? Perhaps he will be a thinker?

Even though Bria has been smiling for awhile (not just "gas" smiles, ever since we crossed that 6 week mark, she has been smiling more and more. Thought I'd post a few of the better ones to brighten your day. :) Isn't it such a contagious little smile??
